Purpose of the Research WHY? WHAT? HOW?
To facilitate improved medical assistance between healthcare providers and patients in remote or distant areas through use of digitalization
Why?
It can lead to the development of a more effective and efficient healthcare delivery system. By creating a prototype, we intend to test and refine new technologies, tools, and processes that can help improve remote medical care. This can result in better health outcomes, increased patient satisfaction, and reduced healthcare costs.
What?
Conducting research, developing a prototype, testing and refining the prototype, scaling up the prototype, and training healthcare providers and patients are important actions that can be taken to facilitate improved remote medical assistance between healthcare providers and patients in remote or distant areas.
How?
Using Design Science Research methodology, developing a prototype that is effective and efficient in addressing the lack of access to medical care in remote or distant areas, leading to improved health outcomes and patient satisfaction. Based on the evaluation, the prototype will be refined and improved to address any issues or limitations.
